Polo de Penedo recebe visita técnica do Senar para conversar com alunos e professores
Penedo, 14/05/2022 – Os cursos técnicos de Zootecnia, Fruticultura e Agronegócio seguem com o calendário de aulas nos polos de ensino espalhados pelo interior do estado. Um deles fica em Penedo, no baixo São Francisco, que nesse sábado recebeu uma visita técnica da equipe do Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Rural em Alagoas (Senar/AL).
A secretária escolar Andréa Almeida e a analista de Controle Interno Adriana Loiola estiveram no município para conversar com os alunos e professores sobre o andamento das aulas, que estão sendo realizadas com toda a estrutura necessária na Escola Municipal Manoel Soares de Melo.
As duas estiveram acompanhadas do presidente do Sindicato dos Produtores Rurais de Penedo, Murilo Rezende. Ele aproveitou a visita técnica para reforçar entre os alunos a importância de se dedicarem aos cursos para que possam ingressar no mercado de trabalho com a qualificação adequada à sua área.
“É importante que todos aproveitem essa oportunidade porque os recursos são destinados justamente para a qualificação deles. Portanto, eles não devem deixar de frequentar as aulas. O Sistema [CNA/Senar] investe nessa mão de obra para que, posteriormente, possa ser absorvida pelo agronegócio”, diz Rezende.
“Os alunos têm toda a estrutura necessária para assistirem as aulas, com material didático de qualidade. Tudo isso é possível graças aos recursos disponibilizados pelos produtores rurais. Afinal, somos os responsáveis por alimentar o planeta”, completa.
A secretária escolar Andréa Almeida lembra aos alunos que, após a conclusão dos cursos, todos receberão um diploma atestando a formação numa das três áreas da rede Senar Etec.
“É importante destacar que estamos falando de um diploma, e não de um certificado. Ou seja, é algo que tem ainda mais peso para a carreira dessas pessoas. Elas se tornarão profissionais que podem no futuro virem a ser instrutores do Senar”, observa.
Já a analista de Controle Interno Adriana Loiola reforçou entre os alunos que o Senar Alagoas está à disposição das turmas para sanar dúvidas e repassar mais informações sobre os cursos técnicos. “Também reforcem entre os demais alunos e colegas a necessidade de assistirem as aulas e seguir o calendário de atividades dos cursos”, diz.
Edmara Ramos Melo é aluna do curso de Fruticultura. Ela tem formação em Engenharia de Pesca e mestrado em Meteorologia e decidiu ingressar no curso técnico do Senar para complementar suas qualificações.
“Minha ideia é buscar conhecimento para orientar o produtor rural, mas de maneira que o curso de Fruticultura e minha formação em Meteorologia possam ‘conversar’ entre si”, diz ela.
Os cursos técnicos também atraíram a atenção da aluna Rosemilda Gardênia Lima Torres, que planeja dar uma guinada na carreira profissional. Hoje ela é técnica esteticista e cabeleireira, mas decidiu cursar Agronegócio logo que soube da abertura das inscrições pelo Senar.
“Como eu já exerço atividade no Sindicato Rural de Penedo, vi na área de Agronegócio uma nova oportunidade. Não tenho propriedade rural, mas minha ideia é ajudar o produtor na parte administrativa e por isso eu escolhi o Agronegócio”, diz.

“A expectativa agora é para a realização das aulas práticas. Até lá, eu também sigo assistindo as aulas online também”, conta. Ele é técnico agrícola e dá instrutoria ao Senar no curso de Mecanização Agrícola.
“O desafio é conciliar as horas de estudo com as horas de trabalho, mas como boa parte do curso é online, então tenho conseguido estudar e manter o conteúdo em dia”, revela. “Moro no Assentamento Sol Nascente, em Sergipe, e lá tem sinal de wifi para acessar internet e as aulas”, diz.
Os cursos são direcionados para os aprovados no processo seletivo da rede Senar Etec, que disponibilizou 325 vagas no início do ano.
São cursos semipresenciais e com 20% da carga horária com aulas nos polos de apoio dos municípios contemplados no edital: Minador do Negrão, Arapiraca, Penedo, Mar Vermelho, Major Izidoro, Delmiro Gouveia, Olho D´Água das Flores, Junqueiro e Palmeira dos Índios.
Foram iniciadas nove turmas em março deste ano, e cinco delas são para técnico em Zootecnia, curso recém lançado pelo Senar com 125 vagas.
