Federação da Agricultura e Pecuária de Alagoas (Faeal) tira dúvidas sobre procedimento
O prazo para envio da Declaração do Imposto sobre a Propriedade Territorial Rural 2022 termina na próxima sexta-feira, dia 30 de setembro. O produtor rural que encontrar dificuldades para fazer sua declaração pode procurar a Federação da Agricultura e Pecuária de Alagoas (Faeal), que fica na Rua Rocha Cavalcante, n° 161, Jaraguá, em Maceió. Dúvidas também podem ser esclarecidas no WhatsApp (82) 98878-3618.
A Confederação da Agricultura e Pecuária do Brasil (CNA) explica que, pelas regras da Receita Federal, devem declarar o ITR os produtores, pessoas físicas ou jurídicas, titulares de domínio útil ou possuidoras de qualquer título de imóvel rural, inclusive a usufrutuária, exceto imune ou isento.
A declaração deve ser elaborada por meio do Programa Gerador da Declaração do ITR 2022, disponível no site da Receita. O produtor deve ficar atento ao prazo de entrega da DITR 2022 para não gerar multa. O recibo que comprova a apresentação da declaração é gerado no ato da inscrição e deve ser impresso pelo contribuinte por meio do programa gerador.
Áreas ambientais
Os contribuintes também devem ficar atentos para o preenchimento do Ato Declaratório Ambiental (ADA), que é obrigatório para informar ao Ibama as áreas ambientalmente preservadas na propriedade para excluí-las da área total do imóvel para fins de cálculo do imposto.
Os produtores inscritos no Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR) também devem informar na DITR o número do recibo de inscrição. Outro ponto ao qual os proprietários devem estar atentos é em relação ao Valor de Terra Nua (VTN) 2022, publicado pelo site da Receita Federal pelos municípios conveniados.
A CNA recomenda ainda que, se os valores não observarem os requisitos determinados pela Instrução Normativa RFB n° 1.877/2019, deve ser feita denúncia por meio do Sindicato Rural ou da Federação da Agricultura e Pecuária do Estado junto à Delegacia Regional da Receita.
É importante também o produtor rural elaborar seu próprio laudo técnico para determinação do VTN da propriedade, que serve de parâmetro para o cálculo do ITR.
