Alunos dos cursos de Eletricista Rural e Mecânico de Máquinas e Implementos Agrícolas recebem certificados de conclusão
Maceió, 24 de fevereiro de 2022 – O Programa de Aprendizagem Profissional Rural do Senar Alagoas concluiu, esta semana, a formação de novos talentos para o mercado de trabalho. Os alunos dos cursos de Eletricista Rural e Mecânico de Máquinas e Implementos Agrícolas, realizados nas usinas Caeté e Marituba, do Grupo Carlos Lyra, receberam seus certificados de conclusão na última terça (22) e quarta-feira (23).
Voltado para a profissionalização de jovens do campo, com idade entre 18 e 24 anos e que estejam cursando ou tenham concluído o Ensino Fundamental, o programa formou quase 100 novos profissionais das turmas dessas duas usinas. Uma delas é a Sarah Brasil, que se formou no curso de Mecânica da Caeté, em São Miguel dos Campos.
“Tenho certeza que tudo que aprendi aqui com os instrutores eu vou levar para a minha vida, para o mercado de trabalho. Além do que foi ensinado nas aulas, eles [os instrutores] também sempre nos motivaram, reforçando a importância de estar sempre buscando capacitação profissional, manter-se atualizado e trabalhar no que a gente gosta”, afirma.
Fernanda Oréstia dos Santos também é uma das jovens que concluiu o curso na Usina Caeté – ela obteve o certificado do Senar em Eletricista Rural. “Além do aprendizado em si, eu destaco a relação com os colegas durante o curso. Foi importante ter esse contato mais próximo com pessoas que serão nossos colegas de profissão mais adiante na vida”, diz.
Relação interpessoal
Essa percepção relatada pela jovem aprendiz é reforçada pela instrutora Helena Pacheco, que ministrou aulas durante o módulo básico do curso de Eletricista Rural. Ela explica que o Programa de Aprendizagem Profissional Rural não se limita à formação laboral dos jovens, mas também busca ajudá-los a desenvolver a inteligência emocional e relação interpessoal.
“Antes da parte prática, todos os cursos têm o módulo básico, que é mais voltado para temas relacionados ao comportamento humano. A gente ensina a esses jovens noções de cidadania e empreendedorismo, por exemplo, totalizando cerca de 180 horas de carga horária”, explica.
Coordenadora do Departamento Técnico do Senar Alagoas, Graziela Freitas enfatiza que a certificação do Senar garante ao currículo dos jovens aprendizes mais profissionalismo e credibilidade. “Esses jovens saem [dos cursos] profissionais aptos para trabalhar em qualquer empresa, não só na Usina Caeté. Porque oportunidades de trabalho surgirão em outros locais”, diz.
